Hello and thanks for visiting the Alexander Safety Solutions website. My name is Barry Alexander and I am the Founder of Alexander Safety Solutions. What I would like to do in this brief intro is give you a little understanding of exactly what our company stands for and exactly what we can provide for your company.

We have a mission here at Alexander Safety Solutions, and it is very simple. It is the passion of all of our instructors to provide the safest working environment for both companies and their employees by educating them through proper safety training and proper use of safety equipment. But here is what we understand from the thousands of people we train every single year. It is truly not all about rules. It is about choices. So how do we change the behavior in employees? We do that by educating them with the right way of doing things.

There are three kinds of people in this world. There are people that know. There are people that don't know. And there are people that don't know that they don't know. So once we go in there, we have to change the environment. We have to change the way people think. We let them understand that it's not all about them — upper management has to be involved too. The only way that people are going to do things the right way, even when no one is looking, is to have full commitment from upper management.
